Personal Support - No Worries!

Personal support when you need help

Our support begins from the very first contact with you, where we help you decide which design and style of website will best suit your business, and how many pages you will need and what to include on each page. We even provide free professional stock images to add interest to your pages so that you only need to supply us with text (info about your products and services etc).

Your website is an essential part of your business marketing, and unless you get full support on managing it, you can find it sapping your own time & resources.

This is why we take all the worry out of creating & managing your website...

  • Don't worry about domain names - we can acquire one and manage it for you.
  • Don't worry about editing your own website* - we can do this for you (optional).
  • Don't worry about email accounts - we can set these up for you - unlimited.
  • Don't worry about website security - we backup your website every day.
  • Don't worry about web space or bandwidth - it is unlimited.
  • Don't worry about website statistics - we include Google Analytics as standard.
  • Don't worry about social media - we can add links and feeds to Facebook & Twitter etc.
  • Don't worry about SEO* - we will optimise your website for you.
  • Don't worry about adding extra features*- we can upgrade your website at any time.

How much does it cost to have no worries?

We include all the technical support you need within the hosting charge, because we don't see that support as a separate service like so many other web agencies. Support is essential in any business that provides a customer service, and the level of support we provide is the same for everyone.

Content Support covers any help that you need adding or editing your pages and content, and adding extra features, so we only charge when you need it. The cost starts from as little as £10 for basic text & image changes or updates. More complex pages or feature additions are charged based on the time involved, and at a standard rate of £30 per hour.

*Optional Extras

Many clients only need a standard brochure style website that presents their business with all the information a potential customer could need in order to encourage them to make an enquiry or place an order. These websites don't need to have complex features, so the cost is much lower. However, if you ever decide that you would like to include some extra features, then you don't have to worry about that either. Just tell us what you need and we will do the rest.

Content Management

Some clients don't have the time or resources to manage their own website content, editing and adding pages, changing text and images etc. Or, for those who just want to add complex content such as forms, maps, galleries, videos etc, then we provide a Content Management option which is charged on a convenient pay-as-you-go basis.

Basic content changes cost from as little as £10 per page for simple text or image updates (eg: changes to service/product prices, descriptions etc). This makes it easy for you to budget for simple updates or additions to your website.

More advanced updates such as creating new tables of data or adding enquiry forms, galleries or videos and new features etc will be quoted separately, and is subject to the estimated time required to complete the task. Our standard hourly rate is a very reasonable £30 per hour.

Search Engine Optimisation

Search Engine Management (SEO) is an essential part of any website development, and for the owner it is crucial to the success of the whole project. After all, what is the point of having a website if no-one can find it?

These days there is much more to SEO than just adding keywords to your pages and getting back links from other websites. The main requirement today is to ensure that your website contains "useful and valuable information" that will be of benefit to visitors searching for your type of business.

Having a website that is updated with new information regularly is also very important because this encourages the search engines to re-index your site more often, and therefore improves your rankings.

It is also important to be active on social media and blogs where your business is mentioned by name. If your business is often mentioned and linked on social media then this confirms your popularity, and your search engine rankings will start to improve.

This means that SEO is a dynamic process which never ends, so you have to be prepared to invest time or money into making regular updates on your blog Facebook pages and Tweeting about your business. This can be a daunting process if you are already too busy running your business, with no time for tweets or blogs.

We can help with this process and take away some of the slog. However, this involves our time instead of yours, so there is a cost for the extra work. The easiest option is to pay a low monthly charge of £40 that includes adding a new blog article each month, plus associated Twitter & Facebook updates to keep your site dynamic and search engine friendly.

Extra Features

Websites are designed to expand and grow with your business, so we can add new features for you as and when you require them. These can include popular add-ons such as calendars, galleries, slide shows, enquiry forms, document downloads, videos, payment buttons, e-commerce and many others.

The cost of adding these features depends on the scale of the work involved, so a small banner slide show can cost as little as £30 to install and setup, or a basic e-commerce shopping cart system for up to 10 products can be added for £75. Full blown shopping carts can also be setup, where the cost will depend on your specific requirements.
